Shantoo Patel
Shantoo has worked as a sales representative and associate broker with Royal LePage for 30 years. During this time, he has accumulated a vast number of sales awards, including the President’s Gold Award, as a top producer for Royal LePage.

Prior to joining Royal LePage, Shantoo received his M.S. in Structural Engineering from the University of California in Berkeley. He then worked as a structural engineer for a well-known Toronto engineering firm.

A well-trained analytical mind, thanks to his background in engineering, allows Shantoo to accurately assess a property and obtain the very best price possible in any market condition.

Marlene Auspitz
Marlene has worked as a sales representative for Royal LePage for 29 years, enjoying many of those years as a top producer.

Before she joined Royal LePage, Marlene was a French teacher in both the Etobicoke and Metropolitan Toronto School Board Systems. She has a M.A. from the University of Bordeaux in France, a B.A. from the University of Toronto’s Victoria College, and a B. Ed. from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Education.

Marlene attributes her success in real estate to strong interpersonal skills. Through patience and understanding, Marlene has been able to deliver service excellence to her clients time after time. Her outstanding organizational talents are an asset. Her ability to speak several languages has also been a factor in her success as a sales representative.
